A Capacity building & Leadership Training Program

As the part of B. Ed curriculum a Capacity Building & Leadership Training Program was conducted on 8/4/2022 at BMM II Training College, Kottararakara.  lt was an excellent, motivational, and activity oriented workshop. This workshop was conducted by Mr.E. K JIJAN Sir(Assistant Professor, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram). In this workshop we got the clear idea about what is leadership, how we can improve our leadership quality, and the importance of leadership in our life. He gave us puzzles, games and different activities in individual and group wise.Every teacher trainees participated actively in each activities. And also through this workshop I realize my abilities and capabilities. There is no doubt it will also help in my future life.
